- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ½ can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)
- ½ teaspoon mint extract
Instructions
- Cream together the room temperature butter and white sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- Gradually add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and press your thumb into each to create a well.
- Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes; cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- Melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk for the fudge filling; stir in mint extract. Spoon into each cookie's well.
- Melt chocolate almond bark and drizzle over cookies.
