  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract

Instructions

  1. Cream together the room temperature butter and white sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  2. Gradually add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and press your thumb into each to create a well.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes; cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk for the fudge filling; stir in mint extract. Spoon into each cookie's well.
  6. Melt chocolate almond bark and drizzle over cookies.
