Ingredients
- 175 grams butter
- 90 grams caster sugar
- 150 grams flour
- 50 grams cornflour
- Zest of 1 orange
- 75 grams chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually sift in the flour and cornflour, then add the orange zest. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick. Cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool on the tray before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
