Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream (for mousse)
- 1/2 cup homemade salted caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (for topping)
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- Additional caramel sauce, peanut butter, and chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
- For the mousse filling, melt semisweet chocolate and let cool. Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold in melted chocolate and salted caramel.
- Spoon the mousse into the prepared crust and refrigerate to set.
- Make the peanut butter whipped cream by whipping heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold in peanut butter.
- Once the mousse is set, spread the whipped topping over it and drizzle additional sauces on top.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
