- 1 cup hot coffee (or boiling water)
- 6 ounces chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1½ cups unsalted butter
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- ⅔ cup milk (add more if needed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 26 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
- 10 ounces pectin-based gummy candies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- In a stand mixer, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt on low speed.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract; gradually add to dry ingredients while mixing.
- Slowly stir in hot coffee until well combined. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool completely before spreading chocolate pudding over the cake.
- For the frosting, melt butter and whisk in cocoa; mix with powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Spread frosting over the pudding layer and top with crushed Oreo cookies.
