Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the vanilla cakes.
- Add softened cream cheese and blend using a hand mixer until combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls; place on the baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt almond bark or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with red food coloring and sprinkle green sanding sugar while still wet.
