Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into cubes)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes, minced garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, chopped cilantro, salt, and paprika. Mix well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
- Thread three pieces of marinated chicken onto each soaked skewer.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and cook the kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with remaining olive oil until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
