- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 cups milk
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl or stand mixer, combine eggs, milk, and vegetable oil on low speed until combined. Gradually add the dry mixture until just moistened.
- Pour the batter into greased loaf pans until about ⅔ full.
- Mix additional cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; sprinkle on top of the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for about 40 minutes for mini loaves or until a toothpick comes out clean.
