  • For the cinnamon sugar swirl: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted; 3 tablespoons granulated sugar; 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar; 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then gently fold in mashed bananas.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
  5. Layer the batter in the loaf pan with dollops of the cinnamon sugar mixture in between layers.
  6. Bake for 60–70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
