- 8 cups broccoli florets, chopped small

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4–1/3 cup sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons white vinegar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, and crumbled turkey.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight for best flavor.
- Serve cold as a refreshing side dish.
