Instructions
- Make the crust by mixing cookie crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Prepare filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add cookie butter and blend well.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the cookie mixture gently.
- Pour filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve with optional toppings like warmed cookie butter or crushed cookies.
