- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a few drops blue gel food coloring (or alternatives like butterfly pea powder)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- to taste extra mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients along with melted butter and food coloring if desired.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic (approximately 8–10 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon, followed by crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips.
- Roll tightly from one edge into a log and slice into equal pieces (about 12).
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, beat cream cheese with softened butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla to combine.
- Once cooled slightly, frost the rolls generously with cream cheese frosting.
