Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Add cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; mix until incorporated.
- Gradually add flour one cup at a time until just combined.
- Stir in milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- For large cookies, scoop about 1/3 cup of dough onto the prepared sheet; bake for 10-11 minutes until golden around edges but soft in center. For regular-sized cookies, use a medium scoop and bake for about 8 minutes.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before serving.
