- 1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)
- 4 cups baby potatoes (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onion until translucent; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes until they begin to brown.
- Stir in trimmed green beans, ranch seasoning mix, thyme, rosemary, and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in crispy turkey bacon; season with salt and pepper before serving warm.
