  • 4 cups sweet corn
  • 12 slices cooked Turkey Bacon (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the Turkey Bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, Turkey Bacon, green onions, jalapeño, cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, buttermilk, onion powder, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently combine until well-coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
