Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet corn
- 12 slices cooked Turkey Bacon (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Finely chop the Turkey Bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and mince the garlic.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, Turkey Bacon, green onions, jalapeño, cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, buttermilk, onion powder, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently combine until well-coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
