- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup granulated and brown sugar mixture
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Baking soda and baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare two 9×5-inch loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- In one bowl, beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth, then mix in one egg and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix them with melted butter and both sugars until well combined. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder) in a separate bowl before mixing them into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half of the banana batter into each pan, layer with cream cheese mixture, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
