- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small flour tortillas
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin until well combined.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for flexibility.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per batch).
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
