Instructions

- Add softened butter and room temperature eggs; beat until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly.
- Using a cookie scoop, form dough balls and place them on the prepared sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until edges are set; cool on sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
