  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey sausage, crumbled

  • 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp agar-agar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
