- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Stir in thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, Parmesan, mozzarella, and minced onion until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
