- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine minced garlic, frozen spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and dried onion. Stir until mixed well.
- Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until melted and creamy.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil spray.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 425°F for approximately 10 minutes until bubbly; optionally broil for an additional 1-2 minutes to brown the top.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or crackers.
