Ingredients
- 3 cans (15 oz each) organic low sodium garbanzo beans
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and drain garbanzo beans; pat dry with a towel.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread chickpeas on the sheet; roast for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix spice blends while roasting; toss chickpeas in olive oil and respective spices after roasting.
- Return flavored chickpeas to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
