Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken with forks and return to the slow cooker.
- Cut biscuits into eighths and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
- Cover again and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour until dumplings are cooked through.
