  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes (halved)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 lb turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer halved potatoes in the slow cooker; season with pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Place the stick of butter on top of the potatoes.
  3. Add green beans and diced onion; sprinkle remaining Cajun seasoning.
  4. Top with sliced turkey sausage.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring gently once an hour.
  6. Taste before serving; adjust seasonings as desired.
