  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker and add kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes (with juice), and beef broth.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
