Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped celery, apple slices, toasted walnuts, and dried cranberries. Drizzle with dressing.
- Gently toss until all ingredients are well coated. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- For enhanced flavor, chill the salad for about 30 minutes before serving.
