Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup mojo marinade
- 2 teaspoons homemade sazon completa
- 2–3 tablespoons neutral oil
- Optional: Sliced sautéed onions
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap until about 1/4-inch thick for even cooking.
- Marinate chicken in a shallow dish with mojo marinade and sazon completa for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove excess marinade from chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve alongside rice, beans, or plantains.
