Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds.
- Thinly slice the red onion and chop the fresh dill, setting them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper before whisking until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and dill. Pour the dressing over the top.
- Gently toss all ingredients together until well-coated. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.
