- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chili onion crunch or chili paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Diced cucumbers into small pieces and combine them in a large bowl with edamame, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine. Top with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
