  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. Chop bell peppers and onion; mince the garlic.
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers for five minutes. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Push veggies aside; add beef to the skillet and sear for about three minutes until browned.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil; stir to combine and heat through for two more minutes.
  6. Serve over rice; garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
