- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika; drizzle with olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard for the sauce.
- Place seared chicken in the baking dish, drizzle with honey mustard mixture, and add chicken broth until it slightly covers the bottom.
- Top each breast with shredded jack cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
