Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add shrimp; season with salt and pepper, cooking until pink (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Stir in chopped asparagus and chicken broth; cook until asparagus is tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
- Combine cooked pasta with shrimp, asparagus, and lemon juice; add reserved pasta water if necessary for moisture.
- Serve garnished with parsley if desired.
