- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Ensure chicken is thawed and gather all ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard liquid.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
