Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped, optional)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1.5 pounds chicken hamburger (browned)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 15.5 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
- 1 bottle Catalina dressing
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken hamburger until fully cooked; drain excess grease. Mix in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese. Toss gently to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, add Catalina dressing and fold in crushed Doritos for crunch.
