Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and toast the kataifi until golden brown and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted kataifi with pistachio butter; mix well.
- Layer your dessert in tall glasses: start with sliced strawberries, add the kataifi-pistachio mixture, drizzle with melted chocolate, and repeat until filled.
- Chill for 20-30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
