- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread kataifi pastry on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted butter or coconut oil, and bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- In serving cups, layer baked kataifi pastry as the base. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios if desired. Enjoy immediately or allow to cool slightly for better texture.
