Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 oz kataifi
- 4 oz pistachio cream
- 1 tbsp tahini
- pinch of salt
- 6 oz ice cream (pistachio or any preferred flavor)
- 16 oz milk chocolate, chopped or chips
- ¼ cup refined coconut oil
- Optional: pistachio cream, green candy melts, chopped pistachios, edible gold dust for decoration
Instructions
- Thaw and finely chop kataifi.
- Toast kataifi in melted butter until golden brown.
- Combine toasted kataifi with pistachio cream, tahini, and salt; fill ice cream bar molds about one-third full.
- Allow the filling to set in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Melt ice cream slightly and layer on top of the filling; freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together; dip frozen bars into the mixture.
- Decorate with optional toppings like melted pistachio cream, green candy melts, and chopped pistachios.
