- 24 cupcakes (baked and cooled from your favorite cake mix)
- Pink frosting
- Purple frosting
- Green frosting
- Jelly beans
- 4 vegan marshmallow bunny Peeps
Instructions
- Bake your chosen cake mix according to package instructions to make 24 cupcakes. Allow them to cool completely.
- Arrange the cooled cupcakes in a bowl shape for the basket base.
- Use pink frosting with a Wilton 1M piping tip to pipe rosettes for the basket handle.
- Swap to purple frosting with the same tip and pipe rosettes on the base of the basket.
- Use green frosting with a Wilton 233 piping tip to create grass tufts on top of the basket.
- Pipe small flowers around the edge using pink frosting again.
- Scatter jelly beans around the ‘grass’ for added color.
- Finally, place four vegan marshmallow bunny Peeps atop the green frosting.
