- 20 regular-sized vegan marshmallows
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 cups popped popcorn
- Hot pink candy melts
- 1 tsp vegetable shortening or coconut oil
- Easter-themed sprinkles
- Easter-themed icing decorations
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add 20 vegan marshmallows to the bowl and mix well to coat.
- Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring each time until melted and smooth.
- Place 5 cups of popped popcorn in a greased 9×9 baking dish.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
- Press down firmly into an even layer in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, melt ¼ cup of hot pink candy melts with 1 teaspoon of vegetable shortening using the microwave.
- Drizzle the melted candy over the popcorn bars using a fork.
- While warm, sprinkle with Easter-themed sprinkles and press decorations into the center of each square.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set before cutting into squares.
