Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add 20 vegan marshmallows to the bowl and mix well to coat.
  3. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring each time until melted and smooth.
  4. Place 5 cups of popped popcorn in a greased 9×9 baking dish.
