- 1 (11 oz) package white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz) can chow mein noodles
- 48 Cadbury Easter Candy Coated Mini Eggs
Instructions
- Prepare muffin tins by spraying them with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave on medium-high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth; continue heating in short intervals if needed.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and creamy peanut butter until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until evenly coated with the mixture.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin tin cup, pressing down gently in the center to form nests. Place three candy eggs in each nest.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until set. Once hardened, pop out of muffin tins and serve or store in an airtight container.
