Ingredients
- 1 Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Box Jello Instant Vanilla or French Vanilla Pudding
- 3 Cups Milk
- 1 Carton of Cool Whip
- Food coloring (neon colors)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth.
- Divide batter into three bowls and add food coloring to each.
- Pipe colored batter into a greased 9×13 pan in alternating colors for a marbled effect.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling completely, then poke holes every 1½ inches across the top.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until thickened; pour over the cake.
- Spread Cool Whip on top and garnish with sprinkles if desired.
