- 16 ounces vegan marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for the base)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Easter egg candies for decoration
- Green food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare cupcake pans by greasing them lightly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt vegan marshmallows and butter in short intervals until smooth.
- Stir in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased pans, pressing down with wax paper to form nest shapes.
- Allow them to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before removing from pans.
