  2. Once cooled, scoop the brownies into a large mixing bowl, leaving behind the firmer edges. Add the room temperature cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes until solid.
  4. Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second increments until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess before placing back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with decorations immediately if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate coating.
