- 1 (18 ounce) box of brownie mix
- 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 cups chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
- Prepare the brownies according to package directions and allow them to cool completely.
- Once cooled, scoop the brownies into a large mixing bowl, leaving behind the firmer edges. Add the room temperature cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes until solid.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second increments until smooth.
- Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess before placing back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with decorations immediately if desired.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate coating.
