- 3 multicolored bell peppers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, olive oil, oregano, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate (up to 24 hours for enhanced flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken and bell pepper chunks onto skewers.
- Oil the grill grate and place the skewers on it; grill for about 7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
