Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and grease four 6-ounce ramekins.
- In a glass measuring cup, melt together the butter and chocolate chips in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt, then mix in eggs and egg yolks followed by flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared ramekins, filling each two-thirds full.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Invert onto plates immediately after baking and serve warm with desired toppings.
