  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

  2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in peanut butter chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake: mini loaves for 30-35 minutes; large loaf for about 50 minutes; muffins for around 25 minutes.
