Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in peanut butter chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake: mini loaves for 30-35 minutes; large loaf for about 50 minutes; muffins for around 25 minutes.
- Cool slightly before removing from pans.
