Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 2 puff pastry sheets (thawed)
- Fresh thyme (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cut the thawed puff pastry sheets into 3-inch squares and gently press them into a mini muffin tin.
- Place a 1-inch slice of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square and top with 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the pastry edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
