- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp chili crisp
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 6 green onions (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp white miso paste
- 6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 lb frozen vegetable, chicken, or beef dumplings
- 3 to 4 cups baby bok choy
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic, green onion whites, ginger, and chili crisp; sauté until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, broth, and rice vinegar; bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Whisk miso paste with hot broth in a separate bowl until dissolved; add back to the pot.
- Stir in frozen dumplings; cook according to package instructions.
- Add green onion tops and baby bok choy; cook until greens are wilted.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like fried onions or sesame seeds.
