Ingredients
- 2 pounds salmon (with or without skin)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1-inch piece ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 3 green onions
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Lay the salmon on a double sheet of aluminum foil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and canola oil.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet around the salmon and pour the sauce over it.
- Add ginger, garlic, and green onions on top.
- Seal the foil tightly and place on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Carefully unwrap and serve hot or at room temperature.
