Ingredients
- 12 oz tricolor rotini pasta
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2.25 oz sliced black olives (drained)
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/2 – 1 cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions with salted water. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with chopped cucumber, halved tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, and diced red onion.
- Pour in the Italian dressing starting with 1/2 cup and mix until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
