- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
- For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; spread half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes; brush remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
